Rhyll Bush Tucker Farm Trout served two ways:
– Wood smoked & flaked
– Creamy dip made with quark cream cheese from the Bassine Dairy with just a hint mountain pepper berry.
A selection of marinated vegetables; peppers, eggplant and sundried tomatoes, grown & pickled right here on the Bass Coast by La Provincia.
Wattleseed & Macadamia Dukkha from the Rhyll Bush Tucker Farm.
Kite Haven’s award winning Olive Oil.
