Our supper platters contain delicious treats carefully sourced from the Bass Coast & Gippsland area.

Ploughman’s Platter

Cloth wrapped Maffra Cheddar, matured to an optimal age.

Tarago River Cheese Co. Shadows of Blue, creamy & mild flavoured.

Thick slices of ham on the bone, baked on site with a tangy honey mustard glaze.

Tender woody smoked chicken breast generously sliced.

Pickled cucumbers & onions grown & jarred in Corinella, by Gina of La Provincia.

Bass Coast Tastes

Rhyll Bush Tucker Farm Trout served two ways:
Wood smoked & flaked
Creamy dip made with quark cream cheese from the Bassine Dairy with just a hint mountain pepper berry.

A selection of marinated vegetables; peppers, eggplant and sundried tomatoes, grown & pickled right here on the Bass Coast by La Provincia.

Wattleseed & Macadamia Dukkha from the Rhyll Bush Tucker Farm.

Kite Haven’s award winning Olive Oil.
