Cliff Top is one of the most unique properties in Victoria. Set high on an ocean cliff overlooking Bass Strait, Cliff Top sits on 3 acres with a private track to Smiths Beach, surrounded by natural coastal vegetation and local wildlife, the property is private and secluded.

Take advantage of the spectacular location, amazing views, the atmospheric house filled with original artworks and big comfy lounges, treat your friends and family to an experience that they will reflect on for years to come.

The Ceremony

Your wedding ceremony can be held on the property. Whether you choose the deck, the beach or the grasslands you are sure to find the perfect position.

Reception

Your reception at Cliff Top is held in our dining room or in a marquee. The dining room and marquee have stunning views over Bass Strait catching the sunset at dusk. Surrounded by coastal grasses and rural pasture the property opens out onto Cliff Top's ocean front lawn.

The house can hold up to 70 guests for dinner and 120 guests for cocktails. 

The marquee is suitable for functions of 70 - 120 guests.

Cliff Top weekend wedding prices are outlined below. All weekends are a minimum two night stay. Midweek wedding packages are available for one night.

Accommodation

Required minimum two night stay on weekends or one night midweek, $1700 per day includes breakfast daily and sleeps 14-19 guests

Weekend 2 Night Stay $3,400

Midweek 1 Night Stay $1,700

Venue Fee

From $3,000  -  $4,500

Marquee

Includes: marquee structure, floor, silk lining, lighting, table, chairs, table ware, candlesticks and linen.

Approximate costs for 80 people $7,600.

Greater or lesser numbers can be catered for, prices change only slightly as the majority of the costs are in the actual structure.
